Send What’s Needed, Where It’s Needed

DJI FlyCart 30 features:

Efficient Cargo Operations with DJI FlyCart 30

In Cargo Mode, the DJI FlyCart 30 ensures a streamlined and steady operation with a maximum capacity of 70 liters. With dual batteries, it can handle a maximum payload of 30 kg, while with a single battery, the payload capacity increases to 40 kg. Note that the Winch System Kit, enhancing its capabilities, is available separately. The drone includes a standard EPP case for convenient loading and unloading, while its weight and center-of-gravity detection features ensure a balanced cargo load, promoting safe and stable flights.

Versatile Cargo Handling with DJI FlyCart 30

DJI FlyCart 30 excels in cargo delivery with its Winch Mode, supporting a 30 kg max payload (dual batteries) or 40 kg max payload (single battery). The retractable cable system, available separately, offers precise control with a max speed of 0.8 m/s and a length of up to 20 m. Automatic cargo release upon touchdown ensures safety and precision. The drone intelligently adjusts for stability, and in challenging situations, the option to heat and cut the winch cable allows for a quick resolution.

Deliver With Safety and Reliability

In emergencies, the integrated parachute swiftly deploys in low altitude, ensuring a stable drone landing and minimizing risks to people and property. The parachute self-checks on startup, with independent power, sound, and light alerts. Propellers stop rotating before opening. Additional safety measures include sound and light prompts, a 6s propeller rotation delay, and secondary confirmation of landing. Integration of an RTK module enhances takeoff and landing safety by achieving centimeter-level positioning. Multiple alternate landing sites can be set for safe landings in emergencies.

Enhanced Safety Features

DJI FlyCart 30 incorporates multi-level redundancy for heightened safety, even in challenging conditions. With its dual battery system, the drone remains airborne and safely returns in the event of a single battery failure during flight. Additionally, the intelligent obstacle sensing capabilities, including Front and Rear Phased Array Radars and a dual Binocular Vision system, enable comprehensive and intelligent multidirectional obstacle detection. The built-in ADS-B signal receiver provides warnings for nearby crewed aircraft, further enhancing safety protocols.

All-Weather Performance

Designed for exceptional all-weather performance. Built to withstand round-the-clock operations across extreme altitudes and weather conditions, this innovative solution ensures reliability in every delivery mission. With a maximum flight altitude of 6,000 m, operating seamlessly in temperatures ranging from -20° to 45° C, and holding an IP55 protection rating, the DJI FlyCart 30 excels in diverse environmental challenges. Its impressive max wind speed resistance of 12 m/s further solidifies its capability, making it the go-to choice for dependable performance in all weather scenarios.

Delivery Drones vs Traditional Methods

Precision and Efficiency: The DJI FlyCart 30 presents numerous advantages in the realm of delivery operations. One notable benefit lies in enhanced logistics. Traditional delivery vehicles, such as vans, are confined to roads, leading to intricate route planning. In contrast, drone deliveries chart a direct course from sorting centers to destinations, significantly streamlining logistics.

Speed: Drone deliveries, functioning akin to direct-to-customer airmail, excel in speed compared to conventional methods. The direct aerial route ensures swift and efficient deliveries.

Reduced Traffic: The incorporation of drone technology, as evidenced by Amazon’s delivery drone trials, proves particularly effective for lightweight packages. By utilizing drones for these packages, valuable space in delivery vehicles is freed up, diminishing the overall number of vehicles needed on the road.

Cost-Effectiveness: Despite the initial investment, drone deliveries become more cost-effective over time due to reduced labor requirements, making them a financially viable solution.

Environmentally-Friendly: Drones, primarily powered by electricity, contribute to a greener delivery solution. With fewer delivery vehicles on the road, there is a subsequent reduction in carbon emissions, promoting environmental sustainability.

Use Cases:

  1. E-Commerce and Retail: Revolutionizing product shipments, delivery drones facilitate faster and more efficient delivery of online orders, minimizing customer wait times.
  2. Medical Supplies: Delivery drones are instrumental in transporting critical medical supplies, such as medications, vaccines, and even organs for transplantation, ensuring timely delivery between medical facilities and to remote or disaster-stricken areas.
  3. Disaster Relief: In the aftermath of natural disasters, delivery drones can swiftly deliver essential supplies like food, water, and medical aid to areas that may be challenging to access conventionally.
  4. Remote Areas: Drones provide a solution for delivering goods to remote locations with inadequate road infrastructure, aiding communities with necessities like food, medicine, and essential items.
  5. Food Delivery: Exploring new frontiers, companies are considering drones for delivering food orders from restaurants directly to customers.
  6. Offshore Transport: Offering a solution for maritime operations, delivery drones transport items from shore to ship or offshore platforms, providing immediate dispatch and mobile transportation while overcoming the challenges of high costs and slow response times associated with traditional methods.
